Halifax

Moved to UK for first time, it was my first experience with Halifax bank ever. Such amazing staffs are working in Bromley branch. Mr. Pierre Young helped me through opening account. He was so helpful and patient.

I got in the bank to a wall of advisors who were pushing me to use the cash machines but I didnt want to for a variety of reasons at which point she turned to her colleagues and made a comment about customers. Stood in a queue for a while while they got their mobile phones out, discussed baby showers etc as I had to wait for the 1 person serving. When I got to the front, told I should have used the cash machines again before anything else to which I explained that I found this quite rude as I really hadnt wanted to and had already been told this, the lady at the desk was ok but the one at the front aggressively interrupted to say it wasnt rude and when I tried to explain why I felt this way stormed off saying I obviously was in a mood. Not what I expected for what should have been an easy transaction especially as there were only 1 other customer in the bank at the time.
