Positive: Quality

65 minimum cancellation charge outside of the cooling off period even if they cannot continue to provide cover for you. I do not recommend them at all.

This company wont stop trying to call me and leaving voice mails. The amount of calls im getting is getting to the point of harassment now!

If you go on their website they will then harass you by phone for days, stay well clear

Really bad service. They will do anything they can to avoid refunding your car excess. I would advise using another company. Just writing a formal complaint
