        65 minimum cancellation charge outside of the cooling off period even if they cannot continue to provide cover for you. I do not recommend them at all.

        I tried cancelling the house insurance policy I bought on behalf of my elderly uncle. When I read through the policy after buying it through a comparison website I realised it was unsuitable. I tried cancelling within the 14 day cooling off period and to get his money back but despite emailing and calling we've heard nothing. So well done Deeside Insurance Brokers - you've upset an elderly gentleman, received a very negative review and all for the measly sum of a little over 100 - hope you think it's worth it. Shame on you
