        Recommended to my friend as I know some people there... She was converting her residential house in to a rental, so needed to switch to Landlord's insurance. She was also nervous, as she'd been told by her existing home insurance provider that, due to a driving conviction, they would not let her upgrade. Not only did FR Ball manage to get her landlord's insurance, but they did it at a better price than her existing insurer was charging for standard home insurance. Top marks!
