My first time yesterday. Guys made me feel really welcome. Good, intensive work out. Trainer keeps you motivated and all the guys there are very helpful

I've done karate for 45 years and this is a well run family friendly club.

Its an amazing club run by fantastic people. The ethos is so caring and supportive, and my son has benefitted hugely from being a member for a number of years.
