I attend the fitness classes. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness ability. The instructors are brilliant, they are very welcoming and supportive. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to start their fitness journey to give it a go. My journey started 6 years ago and I still love it!

This is a great place whether your gym confident or youre starting from fresh but not comfortable in a gym environment. Its not like other gyms, everyone is there for one purpose, to work out in a friendly environment. I personally love the exercise classes .From lift and burn, circuit and boxercise, there is something for all and all different levels of experience. But levels dont matter and its doesnt matter if you have been going for a while, everyone is gubbed after a Mags class. Mags is our fitness fairy , who keeps us on our toes and never two classes are the same which I personally love. There is no routine for 9-10 weeks which i personally dont like. Mags doesnt partake in the class, she is there to keep you safe and make sure you perform well, getting the best out of her class. She spends time making sure you have the right techniques and this is done professionally. She is so encouraging and enthusiastic about her classes. I recommend that you put your gym feats aside and come experience the most welcoming fitness classes with a fantastic bunch of men and women.

Fantastically well-equipped modern venue, great staff and vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Happily recommending to family and friends. A+.

Awesome gym, friendly atmosphere, and staff that actually know what they're talking about! Gym area recently refurbished and new kit added. Everything is always clean - nice to use a locker room that doesn't SMELL like a locker room. I've been going here for nearly 2 years and that's not going to change.
