Such a fantastic institution! Its has brought so much confidence to my otherwise shy and timid boy. He loves classes so much and they have quickly become his favourite after school club. His younger brother is literally counting down the days till he able to join him. Kuk Sool Won isn't only just martial arts its help improves so many other life skills such discipline, confidence, drive! Keep up the great work Graeme you really are making such a big difference for our youth!

Unbelievable Journey! I started training at Kuk Sool Won Kirkcaldy in April 2012, actively competing throughout the ranks, and with great success. The club ethos is to make everyone the best version of themselves, and I believe this is very true. The club maintains the traditional values but with a very fresh and modern approach. Everyone is made to feel exceptionally welcome and encouraged to take the next step out their comfort zone in the safest and most positive way. Kuk Sool Won is for all ages and levels of ability, which is evident in the diversity of it's students and instructors. More than just kicking and punching, KSW aims to develop athleticism and positive mind growth. Contrary to a lot of posts I see, walking through our doors is the easiest thing you'll ever do!

Since starting my son here , I have noticed a big difference in him in all aspects , behaviour wise and he also seems to have alot more confidence and determination. Graeme and his team are outstanding in what they do and teach . Highly recommend.
