Kuk Sool Won Of Livingston

Both my daughter and I have been a part of OMMA for many years now. KJN John and SBN Abbie are incredibly knowledgable instructors whom I'm grateful to have been able to train under, learn and grow. They promote (amongst other skills) respect, etiquette, self confidence and wellbeing in a friendly and welcoming environment through the teaching of martial arts. Valuable skills both in life as much as the dojang. I'm pleased to say I've made many life long friends through the club and look forward many more years ahead. I'm also looking forward to supporting my daughter as she works towards her 1st degree black belt. I'd encourage OMMA for anyone wanting to try something different in the martial arts space, or even looking for a new way to get fit whilst learning practical skills.

Great club with a wonderful family ethos and a personal touch. My 9 yo son has been attending for over a year and loves it. Highly recommend.

So much fun! My two sons have attended Kuk Sool for a number of years and have always enjoyed their classes. They have progressed very well with the help of all at OMMA. Not only have they learnt skills of martial arts but also gained in other areas. I really like and appreciate the way Abbie and John run and boost the academy, class and club environment is encouraging at all levels.

I have trained in martial arts over a number of years and thoroughly enjoy the challenge of Mirae Kuk Sool. One Mind Martial Arts Academy has a professional but family friendly, positive and welcoming environment and John and Abbie provide training which is a mixture of fun, discipline and respect. You can progress at your own pace and are encouraged to leave the stresses of the world at the door of the dojang and focus on the art while training. Kuk Sool has improved my fitness, flexibility and strength and challenges me every session. There is something for everyone and I have no hesitation in recommending One Mind Martial Arts Academy.

My daughter has been going for about 18 months and just loves it. Everyone is very friendly and the dojang is a lovely welcoming place. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in taking up martial arts.
