        Amazing gym and trainers, staff whole place cant thank them enough for what yous done for my nephew while he was staying with us they put 110% into the kids cant say a bad word about the place anyone thinking about sending there kids I would 1000% say do it! Also had the pleasure of using the upstairs for a party and it comes second to none place is incredible and theres not a place like it for miles! Great venue for all occasions

        A post appeared on my FB timeline about rivals gym Wishaw. I live local so I decided to give it a go. I called and spoke to Scott and explained my situation (I was struggling with anxiety and depression). Scott's exact words to me were " It'll be the best thing you've ever done", and man, was he right! I've only been going for a few months but I absolutely love it! Don't get me wrong, it was hard at first, but my fitness and mental health have improved immensely since I started and I'm now going three times a week. The instructors are fantastic and all the guys there are friendly and helpful. There are no ego's here so you never feel inferior. If you think you're too old, you're not! I'm 52yrs old. If you're thinking of it, why not try a free class. You have nothing to lose but, like me, a LOT to gain!
