Took months to process an insurance inspection on a septic tank . Sent one guy out initially, then had to send another out to re-do the whole inspection.

Ment to close at 12 stop answering the phone at 11:30 and close the gates at 11:45. Dont advertise times if your lazy staff cant be arse staying open
