From the initial survey to completion I received an excellent service from the Aberdeen branch. Sarah Angus, Administrator, organised all appointments and the ensured the various tradesmen were able to access my property at the right time despite the remit of the job changing mid job. Sarah kept in touch at all times and the communication was second to none. Due to finding more issues with my wall Steven Mcleavy, Senior Surveyor, had to think in his feet and come up, with a new plan very quickly in order that the job could continue without any days being missed which was greatly appreciated. Davie and Callum were excellent - arriving on time every morning and they worked hard with minimal disruption to myself. Also - excellent clean up job guys.

Although not the customer, i recently had Richardson and Starling carry out work at the property i stay in. Father and son team Lee and Dave Shepherd were sent to do the job, and it became obvious from the very start that they were professionals (warning signs outside the front door, another sign actually stuck on the door itself, carpet protection laid between the front door and the jobsite and something which showed to me a commitment to safety- a fire extinguisher.) The work took 2 days to complete, during which they gave me updates on the progress, and an estimate of how long they would take. Upon completion, they a loaded all the debris into their van ready for disposal, and ensured the worksite and carpet were cleaned and hoovered Before leaving, they took time to find out what and when the next step would take place. Highly recommend!

I selected this company because they had previously done an excellent job on a larger project. The present job was to remove and replace water damaged plasterboard resulting from an earlier leak from a flat roof. A survey was first of all carried out by Steven and the work was arranged to start soon after. The work was carried out by Dave and Lee to a very high standard with little or no disruption to the rest of the house. Two flights of stairs were covered in protective film and , on completion, there was absolutely no dust or debris remaining. Service: Mold mitigation
