Excellent service, work was finished to a very high standard with GSM doing everything they promised. All the electricians who were involved in the work were very friendly and kept us in the loop at all times. Great service from Jamie-Lee in the office as well. Service: Light fixture installation

Excellent all round service. Been trying to engage a company to install additional PV solar panels plus battery, and also reconnect power to my outlying garage to install an ev charger there. Looked at many installers and engaged 2 over last year whose conduct and approach I experienced as questionable, creating much delay and dissatisfaction with the industry, causing me to abandon them, one of them because of multiple breaches of the RECC code of conduct. Thanks to Energy Savings Trust Scotland who guided me to approved MCS installers in my area, I went for 3 more quotes. Greg from GSM was first to respond and arrange a visit and quotation. He was positive and realistic and when other quotes came in was open to negotiation. I was particularly impressed with GSM ie Gregs company ethos: the focus on all home assessments being carried out by qualified electricians and not sales people; also his wish to give back by taking on apprentices. Thereafter, everything was arranged in good time. Rory the main installer instilled calm and met every decision with openness to customer choice and both he and Lewis went about the job in a can-do manner, sorting out any snags with cool problem solving skills. The quality of workmanship and tidying up was excellent. Greg came to substitute for a roofer and delighted me when he offered to replace damaged slates if I bought them while he was up there.above and beyond the call of duty. However, the star of the organisation for me was Lauren the operational manager. Because I could compare and contrast with other installers, her way of dealing with the quotation, installation and aftercare has been exceptional. She was empathic in relation to my negative experience prior to engaging. She was very quick to have everything organised down to a fine detail from the outset, always with positivity and good cheer. When anything was delayed or snagged she always apologised but ensured that a solution was arranged asap. Whilst all the installation team excelled in their quality, Lauren contributed most to my confidence in GSM as an efficient and high quality organisation. I couldnt recommend GSM more highly.
