This place is great. Both me and my wife have been going for years. Used to get regular back trouble but the Pilates has helped +++. Staff friendly and very experienced.

Initial consultation was very ueful in assessing the root cause of my lower bqck pain and what exercises to do. I also found the ongoing treatment very beneficial.
