        I am very glad I joined this gym. I certainly wasnt the fittest when I started and was a little bit intimidated heading into my first class but I shouldnt have been, the coaches are great and the classes cater for all fitness levels. The gym offers both small group PT classes aswell as HIIT sessions with a wider group. The small group PT sessions are great because you get that 1 on 1 time with a coach but also get to know other people in the gym and have a bit of craic. And the coaches are great at mixing things up so it never gets boring. Mark and the other coaches are very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and are always there to offer support and encouragement, regularly checking in both in the classes and via text etc. And theyre always available to answer any questions and give advice. Honestly couldnt say enough great things about Motion - its helped me stay consistent with my fitness and nutrition and Im really glad I joined.
