Highly recommend Ciaran and the team at Northfit. Having had no training background whatsoever I was apprehensive about starting strength training. I pursued this purely for mental health benefits at first, but having stayed consistent in the first 6 months and with Ciarans help Im now training 3 times a week and seeing huge benefits, both physically and mentally. I would urge anyone, regardless of age or fitness level to give these guys a call, they are discreet and professional and all sessions are personally tailored to your specific needs and abilities. I've been training at NORTHFIT for about 6 months after a long layoff from strength and conditioning. It's completely reinvigorated my training, and I feel so much stronger, with an increased sense of well-being. It has helped me rebuild fitness after a bad ankle injury and pregnancy. While I love S&C, in the past I found myself feeling a little overwhelmed and embarrassed to do it in a gym by myself. The coaching team of Ciaran and Sean is fantastic -- they help you push yourself in a safe way that enables progression. Training plans, advice and support from coaches and other members makes for a winning combination!

I began training at NorthFit after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis to help build back my strength and mobility. Ciaran has been excellent at building my training plans around this but still allowing me to push myself. I have now regained my mobility and I am feeling stronger with every session, the difference the training has made is remarkable. There is also a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, it is a great environment with great trainers!

The set up at NORTHFIT is perfect for me. I wanted a gym and coach who established my priorities and then set up a program which allowed me to get gradually fitter while minimising risk of injury. Ciaran and Sean are both very attentive and careful to ensure that form is good and everyones program is tailored to the individual. The gym has a very relaxed happy atmosphere. 5 stars!
