Highly recommend Mark at SLS Chiropractic. After a back injury at an aerial silks workshop Mark was quick to emphasise the importance of rest and recovery with at-home rehab and in person treatment. Mark was very friendly and meticulous in his work - monitoring the progress of recovery and mobility of my back at each appointment. A really good experience and would recommend for anyone else with a sports related injury!

Mark has been a great help having been in a few accidents my neck and back had been really stiff and painful. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly makes you feel extremely comfortable and takes the time to listen to all your concerns! Since starting my sessions my neck/back are so much better full movement without pain! If you were debating trying it just do it my quality of life has improved greatly and im very grateful for Mark's work.

I entered the month of December very much in pain and literally couldnt sit, stand or walk the length of myself and my daughter found Sarahs practice for me and I can honestly say that within a matter of a few sessions with Mark I went from the depths of despair and very much not looking forward to Christmas or The New Year, to being back to my best , walking upright and working away with no pain and looking forward to 2023 Mark has a very positive attitude and talked me through everything beforehand and has given me lots of advice and exercises in between sessions also so cant thank him and the practice highly enough and my glass is half full again so thanks again for everything and will keep attending when advised .

Mark was truly professional and offered a patient focused treatment plan when I sought an urgent appointment due to severe acute pain in my right shoulder. Mark carried out a head-to-toe examination to ensure that there were no hidden causes for my pain, then he gently provided my initial treatment which immediately freed up much needed shoulder and arm movements. Mark followed up with gentle stretches and exercises between treatments, and during my second treatment he was able to free up further movement and has provided me with further exercises to ensure that I can maximise my arm movements while being pain free. I would highly recommend Mark if you have back or shoulder pain.

Wish I had have gone sooner for my back pain. I have seen multiple physios and feel I have had more progression and relief through the last 2 appointments I have had with Sarah than I have had during the last 5 months. Finally feel like I am on the road to recovery and will actually overcome this. Thank you thank you :)
