I was served by a man today and was cheated of 50 , my mistake because I didn't check straight away . I hope karma catches up with this scammer quickly!!!!

When Barclays over the roads ATM kept my money, HSBC were far more helpful and managed to return it. (Barclays refused to have anything to do with their ATM not working!)
