        This has to be the worse bank regarding customer service and care . Staff are awful, unprofessional and are very miserable . Need some serious management training and customer care .

        Staff was very friendly, helpful, professional, patient and answered all my questions. I could see other staff looking after customers as well, not chatting among each other or even being rude to any of the customers. My visit was today, 5 April 2022 around 1.30pm. I feel obliged to post something positive as my experience stands in such stark contrast to what so many previous reviewers appear to have described as what they deem the worst bank branch in history. I can't say why my experience was so different, all I can say is that it was.
