The NatWest Richmond Branch have been brilliant at helping me to sort out my account problems. The assistant Christine is the best. Thank you NatWest

Have You Washed Your Hands?
RE: NATWEST- GEORGE STREET- RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES. Absolutely dismal service! Doesn't matter what time of the day you attend, they only position one person at the main counter at the back. The small counter is left empty until someone decides to pop out. There is always a hideous queue of endless people. It's so bad I actually save places for the elderly that are queuing in front of me and they take a seat until it's their turn. I've conditioned myself to wait minimum 30 minutes and an extra 15 minutes for my banking, if I have to visit this branch. Head office doesn't care. You can tweet them a comment and they never respond. When I action my Mums banking at Barclays Richmond, their service is so much better. There is several staff that is visible to help and the queues are never like Natwest. They have machines that will print three months worth of transactions and it will have the Barclays stamp on each printed page. It's not just the Richmond branch that has a queue problem and idol staff! Hackney Central and Hammersmith are just as bad. This makes me think that all of the Natwest banks have a problem. I would change banks but I can't be bothered with all the hassle. Stop sending your staff with a long service history, to retire in that branch! It's like a graveyard for Natwest employees!
