Impossible to even open an account with them! We have been trying to open an account for 2 months, sent them all the info they requested. They can't ever find the documents sent. Gave them time and dates of email over the phone, they then were able to find documents. They even sent a letter in the post requesting my email as they couldn't find it, even though they had emailed my account application confirmation with application ref. The application then went over the 28 days so they closed the application. Wanted us to start the application again for the 3rd time!!! Over the period we must have contacted them several times over the phone to chase it up. How can you run a business like that. Took 24 hours to open an account with another bank since. Goes to show the level they are at...

PAROGON BANK ARE TERRIBLE DONT USE THEM !!!!!!! I was dealing with theses clowns for a few days and it was the worst few day ever the staff that work there are a joke don't know what they are doing and back and forward all day long they are rude and not helpful they are the worst company I have dealt with in a long time I would be writing forever for all the problems they have but im not wasting no more of my time with these people EVERYONE !! DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

My very short time when them was stressful, miserable and draining experience any bank has given me. When I opened ISA, I attempted to transfer from my previous ISA no less than 10 times! Id get emails to say that it could take up to 15 days, so Id not think anything of it. I then, first time, found out about 5 days later that the ISA transfer had failed and Paragon had failed to tell me. This happens 7 of the 10 attempts. Each time, they blamed my previous owner. When I called my previous ISA owner, they assured me it was Paragon. Lucky enough, I managed to get out the nightmare. One small thing made me finally leave and, thankfully, I was in my cooling off period. I opened up and Account with Skipton and never looked back. ISA transfer happened first time and almost instantaneously. DONT USE PARAGON! youll always be ok the phone to them.
