Had my appointment in early August and despite phoning plus several emails, no one has contacted me with my results.

They are just trying to hit there targets I was rushed no treatment and charged for a check up that I didn't get and 2 weeks wait for next appointment not happy

Please stay away from this opticians. Awful customer service, wrong prescription , no receipt provided when asked, and no one will deal with a complaint.
