Sutton Park Dental Centre

Most unprofessional dental practice to date called reception in relation for an appointment when I received a text message stating that I need to book in for check up and prior to that we had covid so receptionist takes my details and suggests then I cannot book appointments because I missed appointments during 2014,2016 which I was like "ok" even though I attended on January 2020 so I decided to make a complaint then someone called "Katie" manager of some thoughts replied saying regardless of date you are not eligible for any check ups I was like okay doesn't make sense but okay then why hasn't the staff been trained correctly instead of giving false information and the "manager" has been unprofessional no sorry or a proper explanation of why they rejected my self it's just policy. I don't make reviews on companies when they can give a valid explanation and be professional about it no need to bad mouth a company but for this instance it had to be done just do better

I was nervous about going to a dentist and hadn't been for some time. I had been recommended Sutton Park dental centre. I was amazed how at ease they made me feel, I had a dental nurse called Millie who was so calm and professional and made me feel so much better. The dentist was so thorough and explained everything.I have no issues about returning there.

Dr Whimore recently carried out a procedure on my daughters teeth which took 30 minutes, the service she gave was outstanding constantly talking to my daughter and reassuring her. Afterwards my nine-year-old daughter told me Dr Whitmore was a nice lady! Thanks very much for the great reassuring service.
