        I had a phone call from them to confirm my appointment.The woman I was speaking to asked how I was first of all and I replied Ok thanks, then she replied to me "I'm fine thankyou for asking me" which I found rather rude. Do you say that to every customer ? I work in retail and am certainly not like that with the people I am involved with.

        Been my goto optitians for at least 12 years, staff friendly, efficient and informative. Frames and lenses are reasonable prices, two week turn around.
