I thoroughly enjoy training at CrossFit Wyre Forest as the team and members are all welcoming. They regularly run a wide variety of classes, and the coaches are always on hand to provide plenty of support or alternative exercises to help you build your strength, flexibility or cardio. I was initially apprehensive about starting Crossfit, but I've not looked back since. It also works well as using the booking app I can easily choose sessions each week to work around any other commitments I may have.
