I have been going to Toshs weekly Mindfulness Meditation classes for around 4 months now and can honestly say they are a game changer!Tosh has helped me to learn many useful skills and tools to navigate lifes challenges and he has a great, fun way of explaining them too. He is enthusiastic and empathetic and I would highly recommend getting in touch with him if you would like to improve the quality of your daily life. Many of my friends and family have also come along and benefitted from the classes too. I now meditate daily and intend to continue this lifelong practice. Thank you Tosh

Tosh came to visit our Residents at Longbridge village and gave a presentation on Mindfulness. The residents have signed up for an 8 week course and are excited to start using Mindfulness everyday.

As part of our well being programme at work we have recently completed an introductory course into meditation. Through the 10 weeks we were expertly guided by Tosh, learning how to get started and why get started there are so many health benefits that we werent even aware of. Its been enlightening and inspiring. I would highly recommend this for any work team or friendship group. Thank you Tosh for showing us how to get started!

I suffer from anxiety and anger, I was a skeptic to be honest at first, Ive tried various different approaches to get help to manage my problems, including councillors, CBT, and groups, all never really helped me. That was until I contacted Tosh , what a guy ! I had and am continuing one on 1 tutoring with him, from being at the lowest point of my life , his professional knowledge, and experience in this practice, has resulted in me becoming aware of myself controlling my issues, helping me relax , and most importantly recognise when my thoughts escalate, and how to stop them before they manifest! The practice is recognised by the medical profession, and is backed up by neurological scientists. Even my GP said this would be beneficial , and its been the best decision Ive made in so many years! The results so far are stunning, and Tosh knows so much about how to remap the way you think , and the approach of becoming calm , and handling your damaging inner thoughts before they manifest. My advice is give this guy ago , its a no brainier Well done Tosh !
