Clean bank friendly staff

The 2 members of staff currently employed there are very miserable and rude will never use it again they are slow and seem to only chat to people they know

Branch never seems to be open and when it is they are worse than useless. Would leave a zero rating if I could.

Their customer service is low i can also say racist.

For me personally it is a Great bank because of the ease of access using my card abroad as I travel a lot every year BUT MY NEAREST BRANCH IS 10 MILES AWAY
