        Branch never seems to be open and when it is they are worse than useless. Would leave a zero rating if I could.

        This branch has been closed for several weeks due to flood damage but was due to reoipen today 12th Sep 2022, the website says it's open but having been to the branch I can assure you it's not! Even phoning Lloyds didn't get an answer when it will reopen - bad communication Lloyds!!!

        Still closed and no information. When you finally get through on the phone theyre saying its open!! Other branches havent got a clue . Truly awful service and customer service is non existent
