        Worst bank ever, support said couldn't do anything to help and told me to cancel my card while I'm 14 hours from home and left me with no way to pay to get back

        Opening 9.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday. No counter staff now so all paying in and withdrawing is by machine, which is great so long as the machines work, unlike today. They have no plan b for dealing with this situation, which is frustrating.
