Very slow service i went to get the statement printed in branch and no body there to put paper in to machine to get papers printed and absolutely rubish service barclays branc is i been in down north they are more helpful in lancaster preston garstang North a you go is service is better. But kettering everything slow and not getting sorted straight away

Staff were very friendly and quickly sorted out an issue I had with accessing my account this saturday.

Whilst the staff were all very friendly and professional, dont come here expecting to speak to someone behind the counter as apparently its closed! Very frustrating when you work 9-5 and come out in your lunch break to try to sort something the online, app, and telephone banking facilities cannot help with. Would have taken less than 10 mins, but Im still sat waiting nearly 30 mins later. Would have been great to have been told about this, having been a customer of this branch for 20 odd years.
