        For me personally it is a Great bank because of the ease of access using my card abroad as I travel a lot every year BUT MY NEAREST BRANCH IS 10 MILES AWAY

        Appalling customer service; some staff are blatantly rude and disrespectful, in addition to being incompetent. The manager leads by example and a very poor one it is; her behaviour has been worse than anyone else's, so it seems there is a toxic culture here that is going unchallenged based on the comments other people have made.
