Great at the beginning then it went downhill in regard to replying to emails and calls.

Branch never seems to be open and when it is they are worse than useless. Would leave a zero rating if I could.

For me personally it is a Great bank because of the ease of access using my card abroad as I travel a lot every year BUT MY NEAREST BRANCH IS 10 MILES AWAY
