The visitors center isn't open to the public, but on the south side there is a wall mural showing the route of the Thames.

Stuff behaviour is very good

FYI they don't allow the public to use their toilets and instead direct you to the train station where the toilet are on the other side of the barriers........

Limited seating in waiting area, open plan with glass screened desks, but can easily hear other claimants issues / stories. Friendly staff.
