        I have been to here 3 times now with my Ukrainian guest and also her friend from Ukraine. The service is polite and professional. You do need to ask for help rather than expect it. I met the most helpful, friendly, and empathetic man you could meet yesterday in the shape of Alfred, a work coach. He explained everything and it seems to me that as long as the client is prepared to fulfill his/her part of the contract then his help and support will always be there. It is understandable that having security there can make it feel a bit of a severe place but they are all welcoming. Everyone has their views on Universal Credit. This team of people ensures the maximum can be accessed within the confines of the system, and that people are treated with dignity, and fairness. A credit to Banbury, and a service that most people dont have to encounter. You are unsung heroes, keep up the good work.
