Like whoever is reading this, I was looking for help with some money owed to my partners business. The construction company who owed it was bad news, totally unprofessional, and had tried to bully my partner Tony into accepting no payments and then reduced payments. Previously, I had engaged debt collecting services who were absolutely skill less. No knowledge of anything. The debtor just ran circles around them, shouting and swearing and making threats on video. I did secure a refund tho and have used the video as evidence in a conduct complaint. To court, it went. After a battle that felt like I had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson a CCJ was entered on the debt. I knew the now defendant would not still pay, and he was recorded as living at an adress he didnt. He emptied his offices, and basically hid. I browsed and browsed until I found these amazing people. What totally clinched it was the ladies' review below. It was so obvious that it was genuinely spoken from the heart that I rang immediately and spoke to Ryan. I explained how hard this bully was to deal with and that it worried me. Ryan was very supportive, and right away, I just knew this felt right and it sure was. What a job it was ... to me anyhow. They did everything from supporting me to making the application for the writ of control. They traced him im sure he would have been furious. Contact was made, which resulted in a phone call making threats to my Tony and then to the office of these lovely people. Throughout Charlotte told me not to worry, she was kind but 100 per cent proffesional. The guy sent emails saying it wasn't his debt. This was followed up by the agent Mark at Wigan Court who confirmed it was his and the debt should be enforced. This was not easy for Mark based on his report. He was threatened by this absolutely silly man. The police attended, and low and behold he paid but only after he tried to stop his vehicle being clamped and was in Marks face. Over all it was about 2 years from me requesting the money in a formal email to payment. I am a proper person, so I would never be on the receiving end of these other proper people. I would not be able to sleep at night its immoral. I recommend all of them I have communicated with and the foundation of the company thats been created by the owner. This is skills knowledge and confidence in the role. I dont know who was more thrilled when he paid them or me. I wonder how long it took that day ? Justice was served. Thank you so much. Julie
