All of my experiences with EBC have been great. I've been for a number of different issues. All been resolved pretty quick. Staff are polite and helpful

The best library I've ever been to

Last year we had our wedding ceremony at the registry office. This year we were registering our baby. Staff are always very polite and helpful with a sense of humour.

Very welcoming, lots of schoolchildren came in choosing books after school, parents enjoying the atmosphere and facilities. A real asset to the community
