        Nice building, great location, it's a shame though that instead of a place of study it looks more like a playground with kids constantly running yelling fighting around people who are trying to study/read.

        My wife lost her bus pass and needed a replacement quickly as she has an appointment in London next week. As she is almost 80 and is in the very early stages of dementia she needed help to complete the application. Two of the librarians (unfortunately she cannot remember their names) were stellar in every way and completed the application for her. Five stars plus. Thank you.
