The toilets in the buses are terrible, the lay overs are too long and you have to pay to use the toilet at layovers

Delay of 12h and still no refund 3 months after. Never again.

Busses never turn up on time , that's if they turn up at all. 45-47, drivers most ignorant and arrogant.
