We used Birmingham International Coaches to get 106 people to the Wembley Stadium. Amazing customer service - wonderful drivers (Thanks a lot to both Mike's and Ian for the support). The coaches are new and very tidy.

It's a shame, the don't do 0 star rating. What you have to remember, it's what you see on the outside. Two coaches traveling to Bournemouth together. At the Ashley health roundabout at Ringwood. Where you trun left for Bournemouth. The front coach decided he wanted to try and take 2 cars out. By putting his Indicater on then just pulling over. Then coming to a complete stop. In the lane for straight ahead. He would of failed his driving test for this. Poor driving standards.or was he driving tired?. You could tell the driver in the grey car telling him to stay In the lane it goes round. Absolutely shocking driving from the driver's. If you what to get to someone safely. I would use another coach company.

Parked two of their coaches on our residential street in London. One of the coaches blocking the entire lane so cars were forced into oncoming traffic. I nearly had a collision because of it and when I asked the driver to move, his attitude was something else. Said hed only been there 5 minutes (I had left 15 minutes before). If only you could upload images here. Mind blowing negligence and an example of a company putting peoples lives at risk and not caring.

Birmingham International Coaches were approached about speeding on the narrow Victorian 20mph restricted B4146 Kings Heath, Birmingham. They promised to contact the complainant but didn't. Bus & coach companies have a responsibility to residents to drive considerately and safely along their street. Failure to do so endangers lives as evidenced by historical RTCs down this and other roads.
