        Gaynor of 97 bus, bromsgrove: sidemoor circular is awesome. Im autistic and she accepts my assistance dog coal at all times. Its hard to find acceptance but gaynor sticks up for me against abusive hate from a specific passenger.

        My son is disabled and they turn up when they want very rude response over the phone when making a complaint only this morning my son can't climb into the mini bus so needs a simple step and was told to climb in his just had a major melt down getting on the bus I've just had to tell them as they've picked my son up many of times same drivers but still not one ounce of compassion for my son what's so ever
