Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness

The people were friendly but there were incidences of unprofessionalism which were a shame. Promises of improvement in the future however.

very difficult to get whats needs done to my home as i feel no one whats to take responibility

Clean & tidy but very nosey residents (not in a good way). No security, front door was wedged open & no one using it.

Went to see Gentleman dub club, who didn't show up till later than we were willing to stay. Bar gets 4/5, Gentleman Dub Club get 1/5.
