Amazing Service - We have used them for 2 years and we have never had a problem. We have also had quick responses and they have always been really helpful. Definitely suggest living in one of their properties.

Lived with GLC for 2 years and have absolutely zero complaints. The housing is very affordable yet still maintains a high standard. It doesn't have the gratuitous glitz and glam of other accommodations, but where it lacks in slides and smoothie bars (who really needs those anyway?) it makes up for in comfort and attentiveness. The family-run aspect shines through in their responsiveness and sincere concern for those in their properties. My bedroom in the Chambers was spacious and bright, by far the largest room I've stayed in during my university career. Bathrooms and kitchen space were ample with any maintenance issues quickly dealt with. Extra ammenties such as the bike store and terrace space lent themselves to a safe and social atmosphere. GLC is a perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable, communal, and trouble-free uni living experience.

I was going to be moving into a GLC property in the following academic year, however; it was revealed at a late date that I would not be able to share the room with my partner, even though it was initially advertised to me that it would be okay. As a result of this I chose to opted out of my tenancy agreement and went about finding out what my release policy would be, as this was not outlined in the contract. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and understanding of my correspondent from the letting agency, who did offer me alternative accommodation elsewhere in Swansea for a similar price to what I would have paid. Even though I did not choose the alternative offers, the correspondent was still polite and helpful, and my contract with GLC was swiftly terminated with great ease and reassurance, and no unexpected fee.
