Nothing has happened up to now. The bike was valued at 2500.
I'll be happy to update this post once things have resolved for the better. Until then I remain very disappointed and cannot recommend CLC to anyone. The customer service and surveillance of my property is the worst I have ever experienced.
In November, my bike was stolen from the underground car park in full view of security and CCTV cameras. I try to find a time to settle with CLC, but no one does anything. The matter keeps being delayed and referred to the police again and again.
Up to the present time, nothing has happened. The bike was worth 2500.
I am happy to update this post when everything has been resolved for the better. Until then, I remain very disappointed and cannot recommend CLC to anyone. The customer service and monitoring of my property is the worst I have ever experienced.

Im November wurde mir mein Fahrrad aus der Tiefgarage, vor den Augen der Security und CCTV Kameras, gestohlen. Ich versuche den Zeitpunkt eine Einigung mit CLC zu finden, doch niemand tut etwas. Die Sache wird immer wieder verzgert und immer wieder auf die Polizei verwiesen.
Bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ist nichts passiert. Das Fahrrad hatte einen Wert von 2500.
Ich bin gern bereit diesen Beitrag zu aktualisieren, wenn sich alles zum positiven geklrt hat. Bis dahin bleibe ich sehr enttuscht und kann CLC niemandem empfehlen. Der Kundenservice und die berwachung meines Eigentums ist das Schlechteste, dass ich je erlebt habe.

We intended to write a comprehensive review but were just glad that the process is over with. We can summarise the experience as like trying to get blood out of a stone.
COVID aside, communication was absolutely hopeless and based on this would not recommend.
