Staff are always nice and friendly, well educated on there products and have a good range in stock, what more could you want from a tools and hardware store

Ordered a jacket 10 days ago that was in stock and paid 9.00 postage. Still no sign of it. Would look elsewhere unless you are ok waiting weeks for items to arrive.

Just had cause to deal with their customer service department. Georgina was very helpful and resolved my problem in short order. Kudos to her.
