        Nearly walked out. Yes, the customer service is that bad! I do not believe that Iain should be front-of-house. I almost asked him if he actually wanted to sell me some boots! Theres a lack of places in Aberdeen with a selection of safety footwear, so I stuck it out and bought a pair. Grated somewhat to hand money over.

        Arrived at 8.32am on Saturday it stated on the poster it would be open at 8.30am, stood at the door where the staff could see me and they ignored me. I went to McGregor's Industrial Suppliers they were open.
