very disappointed, the slip-on boots fell apart after less than 2 months, total rubbish.

The boots are not made in the UK, they are Imported Chinese boots if this bothers you! The dealer boots are okay and last maybe 18 months before falling apart in our experience but then again most others do the same these days. Don't expect any support should your boots develop a fault. The customer service from the office in Scotland is non existent. They could be so much better if they valued their Customers

Disappointed second pair ive bought now and on both the soles are coming away, thought the first time was a one off obviously not, both pairs only lasted six months not what you would expect from a boot that cost 77.

The worst 90 I have ever spent on wellys they are comfortable but 5 months in forestry and the rubber has cracked behind toe cap boots ruined dunlop purafort plus last me 2 years at 60 and they are comfortable

Great boot, but after two years the sole started splitting in exactly the same place on both boots. I have tried contacting Buckler 3-4 times, but to no avail. Dreadful customer service at a time when suppliers should be looking after loyal customers.
