I find the counter staff are very slow, used to have quick and efficient service but has now taken a downturn.

"Oh Use our online appointment method we respond within 2 hours" NOT Try we do not Respond!! Usual Low Grade NHS service it should be defunded and reformed.

Basically have to wait over an hour in d queue just to get my daughter's prescription,it is very frustrating

Could be far better, their female staff are horrible people.
