        I always receive a call when I use online appointments. Huge improvement in phone communication, now you know what number in queue. Most of the time receptionist are very efficient .

        Rude Receptionists and rude doctors who call back, useless and a disgrace of a doctors, will do anything to avoid dealing with patients which they are paid to do with taxpayers money, complaint being made to relevant bodies.
