        Receptionist is telling straight we are busy and you should go to pharmacy to get something. Not even try to ask how serious your sickness can be. What a joke. That is what Im paying though my tax.

        Ive recently had to use the practice for the first time since moving here and I have to say Im really impressed. Every member of staff that Ive dealt with couldnt be any nicer or more accommodating, especially the reception staff! Thank you!

        The receptionist has no clue how to make an appointment. Gave me a wrong address.

        Basic phone etiquette, to wait for 2-3 seconds for the response from caller. We wait 30-60 mins in the Q to get through and the receptionist answer the call finally just to say Hello..? and if they don't get response then disconnect immediately. Ridiculous service!! if we can wait that longer in the Q, can you not wait for at least 2-3 seconds ? what a joke !
