Firstsight Opticians

I recently visited Firstsight Opticians for an eye exam and was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I was promptly seen by the optician. The optician was knowledgeable and thorough in the exam, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions I had. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and provided helpful recommendations for my eye health. Overall, I highly recommend Firstsight Opticians for anyone in need of a professional and welcoming eye care experience. The staff and optician went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

I received excellent service at Firstsight Opticians in Renfrew. Gregor, Laura and all of the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly as they were on my previous visit. Gregor put me at ease, explained each step of the eye examination and provided the information I needed. Laura was very helpful when I was looking for new glasses, making a choice so much easier. I received first class care from start to finish and would highly recommend Firstsight Opticians!

Popped in to make appointment as I was having a painful right eye and was very promptly seen and medicated. Also had successful follow up treatment. Staff were all pleasant, helpful and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them

Great service from first sight in Renfrew! Laura was very professional and could answer any question or queries i had. A calm and very clean environment. Had my routine eye test and it was quick and easy! Gregor was very informative and explained every step of my test. Make you feel so welcome and comfortable. 5/5 from me every visit. And seeing dudley the dog is always a bonus
