Might be useful to state on the website that it closes for lunch, not just "open 9am - 5pm " closes 11.45 am till 13.15 pm now have to hang around and then drive back up

If you receive a parcel and don't have an account number , it's impossible to talk with anyone!!! Very bad service!!!
